But if, like me, you can go earlier or later, go for it; it has everything you need and the clientele is friendly.

It's a beautiful, spacious Basic-Fit gym, just the way we like them. Plenty of room, a good clientele, no problems at all.
However, it's a shame that the cleaning of the machines after each use is so often forgotten or neglected. One last little point: if you arrive in a group of three or even four, you hog the machines for a good 15 minutes, sometimes without even doing any exercises, just chatting and laughing... What are we supposed to do?

Could we please have air conditioning at night and not just from 6 am? Also, it would be nice if your employees said hello, especially the night shift worker on weekends. Thank you. Otherwise, I'm giving 3 stars.

The gym is immaculate with a pleasant atmosphere, and very well maintained in terms of hygiene, from the changing rooms to the toilets. Sacha is always available, friendly, and highly professional!

I want to thank the whole team, they're absolutely fantastic, and I congratulate them.
I've been here for seven years. The staff are always amazing, like Romane, Sabrina, (Amandine is a great coach), Maiwenn, and Sacha.

I only train early in the morning, and it's always calm and pleasant. The gym is clean, the equipment is in good condition, and the staff is really friendly. A great gym to start the day.

The staff at this gym are always very welcoming and helpful with any problem. The atmosphere is great, and the cleanliness and condition of the equipment are impeccable. I really enjoy coming here to train.

Excellent gym, pleasantly warm, clean, and well-equipped: sports equipment and hygiene standards are top-notch. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always smiling... I will definitely be back. A very good experience for my first time working out indoors.
