Best tarte flambee I’ve had! The service was great and such a fun atmosphere with the communal counter. Order one at a time and start with a half traditional and half Muenster. We followed their recommendation and it was spot on. Then we went for the goat cheese and honey - delicious.

This charming bar/restaurant serves truly fantastic tarte flambée! You sit at bar tables and can sample your way through the menu. The staff is very welcoming and you immediately feel at ease. Reservations are recommended during peak hours, but you can usually get food later in the evening. Highly recommended!

There were nine of us. Reservations are a must. Small and incredibly welcoming. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious. Great food and a huge selection of drinks. Highly recommended!

Nestled among the historic streets of Strasbourg, this is a very charming place with a wonderful atmosphere. Their flambée was simply delicious; the wines and beers we chose to accompany it were a perfect complement to the meal. Many thanks to Greg and Tao for making our day so wonderful with their smiling faces and warm hospitality. We enjoyed a lovely conversation accompanied by beautiful music, shaking off the day's fatigue. Their willingness to display our Turkish Lira, and their decision to place the image of Atatürk's silhouette at the very top, was an added touch of kindness ❤️ I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Strasbourg, and we will definitely be back if we ever have the chance! 😊

We had delicious flambée at Binchstub Gayot in Strasbourg. Nestled among the beautiful historic streets, this place has a wonderful atmosphere that is both charming and welcoming. A special thanks to Greg and Tao, whose warm energy and genuine hospitality made our day even more enjoyable. The flambée was absolutely delicious, and both the wine and the beers paired perfectly with our meal. The music created a lovely ambiance, and we had a great conversation while relaxing after a long day of exploring. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Strasbourg. We will definitely be back!

The flammekueches were good quality but sparsely topped, the service was lacking in adaptability and positive energy. The dining room was tiny and dark. I would recommend other places.

The place is simply magical and so welcoming! The flammekueches are incredibly light and delicious. The crust is thin and crispy, the ingredients are fresh and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere created by Greg and Tao is extraordinary. A truly wonderful discovery! Definitely one to remember for a future trip to Strasbourg.
