Lively place, good food, friendly service. We felt comfortable. Not suitable for older guests who need peace and quiet. Reservations are essential, as seating is limited.

The Binchstub is a lovely place to try some Flammkuchen and French beer in a cozy and bar like setting. All the Flammkuchen that we tried tasted great but the first one that we received was quite burned on the outer sides however we quickly received a new one after we mentioned that. We would come back!

A small but charming place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The waitress was friendly and attentive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I had a traditional tarte flambée, which was absolutely delicious, perfectly complemented by an excellent glass of Gewürztraminer. A simple yet delightful experience.

16/04/2026: Very good, as it has been for years. But don't be in a hurry… if you don't have a set lunch menu, you really need to deliver on the à la carte menu and the daily specials. Two hours for a starter, main course, and coffee is far too long. But it doesn't warrant a bad rating. Everything can be improved when you're as professional as this family ✌️👍
