Although the tarte flambée was good, we found two insects on the same one. The place was welcoming, and the staff were friendly! But a little too familiar in some of their responses. A shame.

Lively place, good food, friendly service. We felt comfortable. Not suitable for older guests who need peace and quiet. Reservations are essential, as seating is limited.

The Binchstub is a lovely place to try some Flammkuchen and French beer in a cozy and bar like setting. All the Flammkuchen that we tried tasted great but the first one that we received was quite burned on the outer sides however we quickly received a new one after we mentioned that. We would come back!

A very cool, charming little restaurant with a great selection of delicious tarte flambée. A rustic vibe with cool beats playing in the background. Highly recommended.

29/04/2026: Discovered the restaurant while strolling around. Exquisite dish with refined presentation, service with a smile and a touch of humor. Good value for money.
15/04/2026: We ate here last night and it was some of the most delicious food we've ever had. The filet was excellent, the side dishes were incredibly tasty, the sauces amazing, and the dessert was divine. We would have loved to order everything again and never stop! ☺️ The service was also top-notch and very, very friendly!

15/05/2026: What a lovely restaurant, very pleasant service. Good ambiance, the food was prepared with care and taste. The wine was delicious. In short, highly recommended!!
10/05/2026: Fantastic experience at this little Strasbourg restaurant. The portions were generous and everything was delicious! The sauerkraut was absolutely superb, both in terms of quality and quantity. The service was perfect! I highly recommend it. (Spatzle/sauerkraut/cordon bleu pictured)
