Lovely restaurant tucked away in the corner behind St.Anns Church. Open only for 2.5h for lunch, but amazing food. Just short menu of a delicious french meals. Very reasonable priced. Lovely atmosphere and friendly service, despite the language barrier.

A charming and peaceful place, a warm welcome, and an original and generous dish. The chef came to answer my questions. We were delighted with this little detour through the streets of Montpellier. Thank you to the team at La Bistrot.

We had an amazing lunch here on a rainy Monday - so sat inside. The food, wine and friendly service were all 10/10. We could have happily ordered most of the menu but settled for the Special Burger and Pork Belly - which were both fantastic and full of flavour. I would highly recommend this fantastic French bistro restaurant. Served by lovely people too - thank you!

A very warm welcome. Everything is homemade, the cooking is perfectly executed, and the ingredients are fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the prices are reasonable, and the service and terrace were lovely. We will definitely be back. Thank you ❤️

The service, food, and setting were perfect. This is the ideal little restaurant for a relaxing meal when you're unfamiliar with the area and want something good. I highly recommend it!

29/01/2026: Lunch yesterday for my father-in-law's 80th birthday. There were six of us, and we all unanimously loved it, from the appetizers to the desserts. The food was incredible! The owner offered a chocolate fondant with a candle and background music—a lovely gesture for the occasion. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. 13/05/2026: Still very satisfied with the welcome, the service and the value for money
08/05/2026: It's become a bit of a regular spot for us over the years: we're never disappointed by Les Vignes. Beautiful setting, lovely patio in good weather, a super welcome, and of course, consistently inventive cuisine featuring mostly seasonal and local produce. All this at an unbeatable price for the lunch menu.
