Small, unpretentious restaurant but we simply enjoyed ourselves!!! At lunchtime the menu is short but the choices are perfect! Too bad we live far away otherwise we would come back.

Excellent surprise for our impromptu lunch in this restaurant that we didn't know. Desire to do well, original cuisine based mainly on local products, dishes prepared with taste, more than sufficient quantity. Perfect from starter to dessert! Thank you for this good time!

Petite soirée d’été, un 14 juillet. Installés en terrasse, à l’abri des regards. Un menu alléchant et le résultat ne se fait pas attendre: Tout était parfait. Un tartare de thon frais parfaitement assaisonné et une assiette joliment décorée. Un agneau de neuf heures fondant, délicieux. Un poisson à la cuisson bien maîtrisée. L’accompagnement mérite toutes nos félicitations également. Et le dessert. Une tuerie. Cet entremet aux fruits rouges avec ce « pesto sucré » qui nous a plus que ravi les papilles. Un service simple, efficace et souriant. Merci vraiment pour ce moment gustatif.

Excellentissime. Nous avons pris le gratin du moine couché délicieux. En dessert merveilleuse découverte le gâteau biscuit souple à la lavande avec mousse légère à la myrtille délicieux ++++++ Service impeccable,plats joliment décorées par différentes herbes aromatiques. Nous recommandons à tous les motards, cyclistes et randonneurs à faire une halte à la Bollée à Guillestre. Joëlle et Lionel Léonard -Carriere.

15/09/2024: Warm welcome, refined cuisine, very pretty setting, very good value for money, I recommend
13/09/2024: I am critical of restaurants, now only focusing on quality and therefore having to reduce frequency/quantity. I discovered this restaurant last week before it closed (only opens in summer). One word: Excellent The welcome is warm and really friendly. The dishes are delicious (special mention to the Rossini tartine) and indeed hearty. The setting is magnificent (old farmhouse) and the staff are responsive in the service. It's a 10/10 So I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed, go for it ;)

10/09/2024: Very good food with great taste in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.
06/09/2024: Really quality cuisine, with real research into the sauces. A super accessible chef (Claire) who loves her job, you can see (and feel) it on the plates! Flawless, from aperitif to dessert. Really homemade, which is increasingly rare, and high quality local products. We tasted the gratin of ravioli with Queyras blue cheese, a treat and very hearty, the absolutely divine homemade Burger (with its candied onions, homemade bun, excellent meat cooked to perfection, with Queyras blue cheese), the duck breast with sauce with red fruits, and tiramisu. The plates are very generous. Very good wines (and good food and wine pairing advice from our waitress), and the icing on the cake: an excellent génep. A great discovery, the Guillestrin will undoubtedly see us again!
