Original dishes with a twist, but above all, they're excellent. €42 for an aperitif, surprise appetizer, incredible and hearty starter, main course (be careful, the lamb is to die for), cheese, and dessert!!! Go for it!

The best restaurant in Guillestre, without hesitation. You start with an amuse-bouche, whose flavor you'll have to guess. The dishes are refined, and the desserts are incredible. We go there as a couple or with friends, and we're never disappointed.

Excellent value for money, we had a great time in this charming little restaurant, worthy of a gourmet restaurant! The waitresses and chef are very friendly, the local products delicious... We would come back with pleasure if we lived here!

26/06/2025: No air conditioning in the rooms, a no-go in summer
22/06/2025: Good hotel in a strategic location for us in the French Alps. With 58 Dutch biker friends we were very hospitably received here with good rooms, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Also the shower was for me one of the best I have ever had anywhere. We will gladly come back here again.

10/04/2025: As part of a professional internship, I stayed at the hostel for 4 nights on a full board basis with picnic last week. In addition to a very accommodating team, the welcome is friendly, the meals tasty and the portions generous. The rooms are basic but completely comfortable. An honorable quality-price ratio. Everything was perfect! 🙃 THANKS.
