This was one of the best meals of my life. I started off with a pumpkin soup with lamb meatballs. An amazing combination of flavors. Then I had to slow cook lamb with pine nuts. Succulent, falling off the bone tender, so flavorful. Of course, there was a cheese course. For dessert, I had the millefeuille work marron cream and caramel. Everything was just perfect. I stopped by about an hour before they opened for dinner to make my reservation. It's a good thing I did because I saw somebody get turned away. If you're in the area of Guillestre, you have to eat here.

A treat as always! Never disappointed, the best restaurant in Guillestre, and a little extra for the great children's menu! I highly recommend this great address! Go there with your eyes closed!

To discover. A three-course menu for €24, complete with a mystery appetizer. Starter, main course, dessert are sought after and good. Great experience to repeat. Only downside, wasps loving sugar...

We had a very pleasant time at the Bolée. From starter to dessert, everything is excellent and the atmosphere is very friendly. Looking forward to coming back soon! Coline and Kévin

An excellent discovery! A cuisine full of flavors, quality, local products, a real desire to please guests, and a great welcome! Only good things about this restaurant, the frontage doesn't look like much, but you shouldn't miss it!

Petite soirée d’été, un 14 juillet. Installés en terrasse, à l’abri des regards. Un menu alléchant et le résultat ne se fait pas attendre: Tout était parfait. Un tartare de thon frais parfaitement assaisonné et une assiette joliment décorée. Un agneau de neuf heures fondant, délicieux. Un poisson à la cuisson bien maîtrisée. L’accompagnement mérite toutes nos félicitations également. Et le dessert. Une tuerie. Cet entremet aux fruits rouges avec ce « pesto sucré » qui nous a plus que ravi les papilles. Un service simple, efficace et souriant. Merci vraiment pour ce moment gustatif.

Excellentissime. Nous avons pris le gratin du moine couché délicieux. En dessert merveilleuse découverte le gâteau biscuit souple à la lavande avec mousse légère à la myrtille délicieux ++++++ Service impeccable,plats joliment décorées par différentes herbes aromatiques. Nous recommandons à tous les motards, cyclistes et randonneurs à faire une halte à la Bollée à Guillestre. Joëlle et Lionel Léonard -Carriere.

10/09/2024: Very good food with great taste in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.
06/09/2024: Really quality cuisine, with real research into the sauces. A super accessible chef (Claire) who loves her job, you can see (and feel) it on the plates! Flawless, from aperitif to dessert. Really homemade, which is increasingly rare, and high quality local products. We tasted the gratin of ravioli with Queyras blue cheese, a treat and very hearty, the absolutely divine homemade Burger (with its candied onions, homemade bun, excellent meat cooked to perfection, with Queyras blue cheese), the duck breast with sauce with red fruits, and tiramisu. The plates are very generous. Very good wines (and good food and wine pairing advice from our waitress), and the icing on the cake: an excellent génep. A great discovery, the Guillestrin will undoubtedly see us again!

31/08/2024: Very good restaurant which is also a hotel located near the station. Now they have installed a real electrical terminal I recommend
25/08/2024: Hotel de la Gare. 20, Rue du Rail, 05600, France Belongs to the attached Hotel Lacour. Overnight stay from August 18th to 19th, 24th. Arrive around 5:00 p.m. Reception with a very friendly lady. She seems to be running the hotel “single-handedly”. Therefore the reception is only staffed until around 8:00 p.m. From this point on, access to the hotel only with a PIN code (never lose or forget it!!!). Room, shower, toilet not the most modern but sufficiently clean. The tip about where to eat nearby was a hit: “La bonne Table”. From the outside it's a small fast food joint. The food was delicious: plated meal with salad with yoghurt sauce, couscous, kebab meat, grilled vegetables. A fair deal for €16. The bar attached to the hotel was not open on the evening of arrival - a shame, as the “after-work beer” was missing. However, the breakfast was very good and had everything you needed: coffee, tea, juices, rolls, croissants, cold cuts, yoghurt, fruit, eggs, hash browns, sausages... Definitely worth recommending for the price of €61!
