A true Soulac institution! Jérôme and his team always welcome us with pleasure and good cheer. This brasserie is the perfect example of what we love: simple, efficient, generous, and friendly. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming, and we always want to come back. Special mention for being open year-round, which is rare enough in a seaside resort to be worth highlighting! In short, a must-visit in Soulac where you're always received like family. Well done to the whole team! 👏😊

Delicious and beautifully presented...two visits in 15 days and never disappointed. I recommend the lamb shank confit with garlic. A pure delight.

Thank you to the whole team for this unforgettable evening of August 28th! Thank you to the cheerful and energetic waiter who took my order and brought the raspberry-infused rum at the end of the surprise birthday song and the candle on my dessert, and to the waitresses! Thank you to the spontaneous young colleague who popped the champagne cork a little too loudly, and that's when I said it would make a lovely birthday memory. You really listen to what we tell you! The food is excellent! Special mention to the chefs! Thank you all for the good cheer and the impromptu singing! A truly joyful and heartwarming moment! Nelly / Thierry and Chloé

The staff were very friendly, the meal was delicious. We opted for the €22 set menu and were pleasantly surprised by the finesse of the dishes; the presentation with flowers was superb. Well done to the chefs! 🤩
