UPDATE: As a regular LB customer, I've always been satisfied. However, I was quite disappointed with a previous order and may have returned later. Fortunately, my most recent visits have been very satisfactory! I hope this will be the level of quality offered in the future.

A quick quarterly visit! Always a delight on the plate. A chef who always seems focused on his customers' taste buds. A surprising sweetbread casserole. Still the best "taste" spot in Soulac. It's a shame the service in the dining room is so lacking. A waiter who forgets half the drinks and then makes a snide remark to the customer! What a shame. As a restaurateur, this is always disappointing. The front-of-house staff needs to understand the chef's vision and do their job to ensure the best possible customer experience! But the chef: RESPECT!

Warm welcome and smiling staff. Generous portion. Beautiful presentation. Made with fresh ingredients. We chose the grilled octopus and thoroughly enjoyed it as it was cooked to perfection.
