A crêperie that could easily earn a 5/5 star rating, but it really needs to improve its customer service and how kind it is to its clientele. The crêpes are generally all good (having been several times…), and the sweet cider is good too… the place is warm and welcoming, but on the other hand, the two older employees are incredibly unfriendly… they act like it's the end of the world… sometimes speaking to people with condescension and disdain. It's their tone that puts people off… I've noticed this several times. My interaction was fairly quick and efficient, but far from courteous and warm… I think I'll go back because I mostly like the place and the food… but I wish the employees would make at least a little effort to be more pleasant… And then there's the manager playing a mobile game on her smartphone during service – seriously… you're working, not lounging on a deckchair on vacation playing Candy Crush. It's unprofessional… thank you!

Very good! We really enjoyed everything, it was delicious and generously served.

A warm welcome and a wide selection of crêpes and galettes. We stayed for just over an hour and the time flew by. The crêpes were generously filled and delicious.

Excellent experience, the service was top-notch: the staff were very friendly and smiling. The dishes were varied and very good, and the desserts were delicious.

I had La Williams crepe and a small cup of dry cider. Everything was amazing. The crepe was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle with the perfect amount of sweetness! The service was quick and polite even though I don’t speak French. Thank you!

The food, the atmosphere—everything was simply top-notch! ;) We received a warm welcome and were shown down to the cellar, which was paneled in wood and meant to resemble a wine barrel. Very cozy! ;) We had made a reservation for the evening at lunchtime, which proved to be a good idea. Delicious cider, a galette complet, and a sweet crepe to finish made for a perfect evening. We'd love to come back again! ;))

Despite buckwheat being naturally gluten free, they said their kitchen had dual-use surfaces so there will be cross-contamination. Not safe for people with Coeliac disease.

We stayed right across this creperie and visited on the last night before we left Stasbourg. The owner (who looks like a Frencg Steve Jobs) seated us near the back. The place was very busy. The crepes were great, but the staff was not particularly welcoming. I read the reviews about the owner and I could see why some people might feel a certain way about him. I don’t think he was rude or anything but the place was missing a warm, welcoming vibe. Still loved the crepes, and recommend this place.
