One of my favorite addresses without a doubt. Lovely staff, chef available and exciting but above all very talented: the dishes are tasty, creative and delicately presented. This is our third time at the Botte d’Asparages, and there will be a fourth, I’m sure!!

Very nice discovery, restaurant which is well worth the detour to discover very local cuisine, respectful of producers and mother nature. Service at the height of the cuisine, however a few details to be refined in order to perhaps one day obtain a distinction. However, I will return there without hesitation, go and discover the world of this restaurant with your eyes closed.

Very friendly welcome. Excellent discovery. Very fine and sophisticated cuisine. perfect presentation. A small downside, quantity a little too limited for the main course. I still recommend this very good restaurant.

Superb discovery! A meal without a false note from appetizer to dessert. The quality of the products, the presentation, the taste and the service, the decor everything was perfect! We really fell in love with the polenta with its exceptional taste which resembled crème brûlée. Excellent value for money! Thank you for this pleasant moment which amazed our taste buds and thank you for the attention for my husband's birthday!

Congratulations to the entire team of this restaurant. It's very nice to have the chef come and explain each of his dishes to us. The amount of preparation required for each dish, from starter to dessert, is impressive! It is pleasant to see that the supply is essentially local. The chef knows each of his suppliers.

Joli restaurant où on est accueilli par le cuisinier et son équipe. La salle est chaleureuse et le menu attrayant :
- Version maison de l'oreiller de la belle Aurore, copieuse entrée très réussie :
- Bœuf pour partie confit et excellent, et pour partie en décoction d'herbe, bien parfumé, mais viande un peu trop nerveuse. Le chef l'a entendu et je suis certain que les prochains morceaux seront soigneusement choisis,
- Joli dessert à la fraise et mélisse.
Les vins sont bien trouvés même si le prix de la formule 3 verres me paraît un peu élevé tout comme la bouteille d'eau. Bon café et personnel souriant.
Un bon repas et une adresse à retenir.

There are not enough good things that one can say about this restaurant. We had been eagerly awaiting our visit with a group of friends from Chicago. After spending a week with them of gourmet dining throughout the region, La Botte D'Asperges easily was the top restaurant where everyone had the best dining experience! Stéphane and Maud are incredible. The food is made with such love and passion, you can't help but to feel excited by each new course. The care they put into their creations and the presentation of each dish is exquisite! We sent our friends back to Chicago raving about this place and establishing a new tradition to try to go back yearly! BRAVO TO THIS INCREDIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!
