Meet Super Restaurateur! He's at the reception, the wait staff, and the kitchen. He runs the restaurant single-handedly, but he runs it with a masterful hand. Impeccable service, delicious Ardèche cuisine, and more than reasonable prices. I highly recommend it.

A great time! An authentic menu of dishes and cooked products from the region. Not just rib-eye steak and fries... here the terrine, the caillettes, and the sauces are to die for. Edouard is committed to delighting us and he succeeds, with a smile and sincerity as a bonus. Adorable place, go there without reservation. And all for a very reasonable price!

20/11/2025: We were immediately warmly welcomed by the owner in a very inviting and tasteful setting. The menu is short, well-crafted, and the dishes are quite refined. The chef's cuisine is imaginative without being overly adventurous. Lunch is reasonably priced, while dinner is more expensive (from €40 to €75 depending on the set menu). Cheese is the only extra (€5). They offer local and international wines. A lovely place.
