We always receive a warm welcome in the restaurant. The service has always been excellent, as has the food, which is very good. A nice little children's corner where our daughter enjoys spending time.

Hello, There was quite a wait before ordering. Then, I chose the gourmet menu. For desserts, it was indicated that it was a choice of dessert, except that the server told me that not all desserts were included in the menu! Then, receiving dessert before the main course is not great! On the other hand, the food is great! Thank you, good luck for the future!

Meat specialty restaurant that leaves something to be desired. Not everything on the menu was available, both dishes and sauces. Average service, the server forgot some things in our order. I do not recommend this place.

Passing through Colmar, convenient for parking a motorhome. But it looks like a restaurant nearing the end of its life. In the back of a sadly depressing industrial zone. It helps out.

15/12/2024: While passing through to see the Colmar Christmas market, we stopped at this restaurant without reservation. Good welcome. The meal was good overall. Fast service. The only downside, we were quite crowded with other customers
09/12/2024: In the midst of the boom in the Christmas markets without reservations possible, very very welcoming staff, particularly Laurent who knew how to keep us patient, not forgetting our table even though managing the world was important. 29/12/2025: A warm and welcoming reception. A family atmosphere. A very generous and complete breakfast. Services tailored to customer requests. Practical information provided to guide new guests. The room service is impeccable and discreet, depending on guest availability. We felt comfortable, and breakfast was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I am very surprised by the negative comments I read after posting my own with my wife. As a legal expert for 60 Million Consumers, I stand by my opinion and believe that some of the negative reviews have dubious origins. I have not observed any of the negative comments that have been made about this establishment, especially by the manager's son, who is very helpful and communicative with his guests. I checked the comments of someone named Paoline who left at least 25 very negative reviews. I wonder, when someone isn't happy, why come 25 times? Unless this person only came once and then relentlessly attacked the establishment. When you have something to say, you should tell the managers directly. These comments, given their sheer number, aren't credible. Everyone should judge for themselves when they're there.
29/12/2025: We spent two nights at this hotel while visiting the Colmar and Turckheim markets and were very satisfied with all the services and the excellent, complete, and delicious breakfast each morning. A big thank you to the father and son for their very warm and friendly welcome.
