As a regular at the La Boucherie chain, I've tried several over the years, but I have to say this one stands out from the crowd. Upon arrival, you'll appreciate the thoughtful layout, with a large, pleasant, and bright terrace, perfect for enjoying a quiet summer meal. The atmosphere is relaxed, and everything is designed to make you feel at home. The service, meanwhile, was impeccable: attentive, warm, and above all, very personable. The team doesn't hesitate to suggest new discoveries, such as the chef's sauce, subtly sweet and savory, made with grape must, wholegrain mustard, and secret ingredients. A true success, as original as it is delicious. As for the food, the meat was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and of high quality. The brand's core expertise is clearly mastered here. The only reservation, which stands out for this particular restaurant: the prices remain in the upper middle range for a chain. This isn't shocking given the quality, but it can be a bit of a turn-off when compared to some independent restaurants. That said, this restaurant offers a more accomplished experience than many others in the same group. In short, a wonderful place, run with care and generosity, that makes you want to come back. If all butcher shops were at this level, we wouldn't hesitate to call it a favorite.

A truly enjoyable experience at La Boucherie de La Roche-sur-Yon! Flawless from start to finish! The welcome is warm, the service is fast and efficient, and above all, the quality of the dishes is impeccable. The meats are excellent, perfectly cooked according to our request, and the portions are generous. We had a wonderful time with family in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A special mention goes to the manager, who is extremely professional and attentive. You can tell he loves his job and makes it a point of honor to ensure every customer leaves satisfied—and he succeeds! Thank you for this wonderful experience; we will be happy to return.

The horse dealer is super good, the steak was cooked properly and the steak wasn't burnt like the last time I went and the waiter who took the order was super nice, I really recommend it.

Simple and fast service. For a first, we are not disappointed.

A good restaurant to eat tender and tasty meat

The restaurant focuses on quality meat. Several servers per section of the restaurant, but always the same one is assigned to you, which allows for a friendly and informal relationship. The server offers good advice, doesn't push you to buy anything, listens to your questions, and gives the customer time to choose their meal and chat if you're visiting with friends or family. The server doesn't impose himself; he's very discreet, which is a plus. The ingredients in the meal are high-quality, tasty, and varied. I've been to this restaurant for a long time, and I've enjoyed returning. The menu is very varied.

First time in this restaurant and I loved the interior. The staff is very pleasant, the waiter who took our order and served us is just great. I hesitated for a little while looking at the menu and let myself be tempted by the gourmet formula. The dishes were super good: the carpaccio (yum!), the beef steak (yum again!). Dessert (I’ll let you imagine…). I will return there with pleasure. I recommend.
