We are always well received by the managers in the Chaponnay restaurant, the waitresses and waiters are very professional, as well as the bartender. As for the cuisine, the dishes are copious, and the meats are always cooked to perfection. Thanks to the whole team.

My husband and I ate at this restaurant recommended by local friends, during a special conference in Lyon. Very very kind and friendly staff. Very good meat. I had a mixed raw dish. Marvelous! The desserts are also very good.

How can you serve such a good meal, but at the same time turn the experience into such a disappointment? By making us spend 2 hours 45 minutes in the establishment for aperitif/main course/dessert!!! An interminable wait... 45 minutes before having the drinks, 1 hour more to have our dishes... Certainly, Saturday evening, but the tables that arrived after us left well before us... What a shame, because for example The rustic Maquignon burger was a delight! The tartare also prepared!

This is a steak house. For meat lovers, perfect choice of steaks with tasty side dishes. A vatiety of souces was also good. Medium rare war really a medium rare. A bit too expensive, however.
