“After a very bad experience in the past, we returned to the McDonald’s in Chaponnay without much hope… and what a surprise! We had simply come to exchange a figurine, and the staff took the time to look for one with great kindness. We appreciated this welcome so much that we stayed for a meal, and have returned several times since. Each time, the staff has been caring, the service pleasant, and the meals very well prepared. Special mention goes to my daughter, who is autistic and very picky, because she felt comfortable and ate well, which is invaluable to us. Thank you to the staff for their kindness and professionalism; it deserves to be highlighted.”

Several visits to this McDonald's in Chaponnay, and unfortunately, the same problem every time. Order errors are frequent, the food often arrives cold, and the service is clearly disorganized.
On top of that, the visual quality of the burgers is truly disappointing: they never look like what you'd expect, the assembly is sloppy, the presentation is careless… it's not very appealing.
At this point, it's no longer just bad luck but a problem of consistency and management. It's a shame for a chain of this caliber, but the experience is consistently disappointing.
I know there are human beings behind it, and everyone can make mistakes. It's a shame, but this is really too much.
The manager seems genuinely dedicated and efficient, while his team appears less committed.
