McDonald's sur Chaponnay

Update: What a change since the change of ownership! No more mistakes with Drive orders. Great service in the dining area! Well done! Previous comment: I've been going to this McDonald's for 8 years and the service is getting worse every month. It's catastrophic... for the past year, I've never received a complete order when I go through the drive-thru. Once: it was a mistake, twice: bad luck, three times: incompetent staff, and after that, it's disheartening and outrageous. We wonder if there isn't simply an internal policy to rip off as many people as possible... The staff is not only incompetent, but also rude and unhelpful. I was almost insulted by a manager even though I've always been respectful... but at some point, enough is enough... In fact, tonight's order was missing two sundaes that I asked for, and unfortunately, I didn't notice that a drink was also missing. Shameful, such incompetence...

Clean and tidy restaurant, fast service and very good treatment from the staff.

A bit disappointed; they took my order without giving me much time to look at the menu. And the bags of fries and nuggets had spilled out, everything was mixed up.

I spent the afternoon at the restaurant working; the service was excellent, and the restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Thank you.

“After a very bad experience in the past, we returned to the McDonald’s in Chaponnay without much hope… and what a surprise! We had simply come to exchange a figurine, and the staff took the time to look for one with great kindness. We appreciated this welcome so much that we stayed for a meal, and have returned several times since. Each time, the staff has been caring, the service pleasant, and the meals very well prepared. Special mention goes to my daughter, who is autistic and very picky, because she felt comfortable and ate well, which is invaluable to us.
