The staff is both highly professional and very friendly. You can tell they work in a positive environment. The head waiter is excellent. The meals are beautifully prepared, perfectly cooked, and perfectly seasoned. Local produce is showcased. The pastries are both modern and classic. I rediscovered the "Concorde" of my youth. The wine cellar boasts an exceptional selection of Burgundy wines. The prices are very reasonable, with a markup between 1.5 and 2. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Lunch with colleagues. We had a delicious meal and the staff was very attentive. For starters, I tried the organic eggs poached in Pinot Noir, followed by the wild monkfish meunière with seasonal vegetables.
