La Bousse sur Morteau

I went to eat there yesterday with my daughter. I had the daily menu. I wanted to congratulate the chef (or the cook present) for this menu of the day but especially his mustard sauce which was excellent. The only downside is the salad dressing which doesn't look homemade. Shame. I understand better why you need to make reservations to eat there at lunchtime. And also thank you to the waitress for her impeccable service. Ah I forgot. Thank you for the welcome upon my arrival. 😉

Endroit assez typique, surtout à l'intérieur. Fonction de la place dispo, on peut manger à table, mande debout, coin de bar (notre cas) ou en terrasse Plats locaux, bières locales ... de quoi trouver son bonheur pour un repas simple et bon Personnel agréable Parking public juste en face ... suivant la chance du moment

Pleasant and friendly place. We immediately feel confident given the atmosphere and the decor and the layout of the space. Very good, not too expensive cuisine (Morteau IGP sausages for me). Very courteous and smiling staff. Fast service. To recommend.
