Great evening at La Bousse in Morteau! I had a wonderful evening on Saturday with friends. The place is superb and the servers are extremely competent. Special mention for the Guinness: it's truly excellent. Having been to Ireland before, I can assure you it's of very high quality. Quick announcement: if any of you saw an "Estonia" cap, it's mine; I lost it that evening. Please drop it off at the bar in La Bousse-Note. Philippe

Arriving in town for just one evening, we took the opportunity to dine at this fabulous place! The staff is incredible—charming, helpful, welcoming, and attentive to detail! We had an amazing evening with top-quality food! The meats are cooked perfectly, and the burgers are very well-balanced! We highly recommend it!

A superb experience at La Bousse. Whether it's in the evening enjoying a giraffe, or at lunchtime with a Morteau sausage and cancoillotte cheese, the service is excellent and the food is always of very high quality. I recommend it 100%!

13/09/2026: We were a group of 7 from Strasbourg, the welcome and atmosphere were perfect, we had a great time celebrating Jean Jean's 40th birthday 🥳
30/08/2026: Friendly atmosphere, good service, and phenomenally delicious food. I had the more expensive set menu for €39.90. For the starter, I enjoyed a large slice of fine foie gras with confit onions and brioche. For the main course, a huge piece of excellent quality beef fillet with morel sauce. I had to skip the cheese course due to lack of space. For dessert, we enjoyed a delicate crème brûlée and a superb chocolate cake. My partner had the set menu for €29.90 and was just as enthusiastic as I was. We'll definitely be back.
