I don't really understand the negative comments, as we didn't have the same experience at all. While passing through Albi, after visiting the Sainte-Cécile cathedral, we came across This Excellent Restaurant, with a terrace.
the setting is very nice with a very nice musical atmosphere. The manager and staff are always attentive and always with a smile.
The food is very plentiful and generously served.
The gizzard salad with foie gras on toast, the entrecôte with vegetables and fries, and the chocolate cake are delicious!

Nothing good to comment on. Expensive and bad. The waiter is horrible, the meat is very tough, the bread is dried out... DO NOT GO, look for another place!!
Nous sommes arrivés vers 15h30 en sortant du musée Toulouse -Lautrec et avons été super bien reçus pour un en-cas bien fourni !!
Le patron adorable, la serveuse aussi, nous avons passé un super moment et en garderons un excellent souvenir !!
