De passage à Bergues, nous étions désespérés de trouver un restaurant ouvert. Nous avons eu une table in extremis et nous ne l'avons pas regretté. Très bonne cuisine, simple mais efficace. Très joli cadre Rapport qualité prix excellent.

First experience for both of us in this restaurant, and it certainly won't be the last! The setting of the restaurant is warm, in the middle of the room there is a wood fire which warms the whole room. The staff is friendly and smiling. They don't hesitate to explain the dishes to us. We were able to discover French dishes that we didn't know yet and it was a good surprise. The taste and quality were there. I also add that it was really not expensive compared to the quality of the ingredients. To conclude, I recommend this restaurant.

Après une viste de Bergues avec les endroits du tournage de "Bienvenue chez les ch'tis", repas du soir dans ce restaurant très sympa qui, son nom l'indique ne fait pas dans le gastro mais dans la bonne cuisine populaire et typique de la région. Tarte au Maroilles comme entrée, Welsch comme plat et crème brûlée à la chicorée comme dessert. Un très bon moment, goûteux et bien servi.

Very friendly atmosphere with the grill in the center of the restaurant which warms up the atmosphere when we arrive. The dishes are excellent, the carbonade melts in your mouth 😋 They are accompanied by homemade fries. The staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

30/09/2024: We came during the beer marathon in Bergues, and it was a nice discovery of this restaurant, the staff was very welcoming, at our service, and the speed of the service was perfect, all this in a friendly atmosphere, we very good food, sliced ​​maroilles chicken all accompanied by a beer and a Nutella waffle for dessert, it was very good, I recommend!!

11/12/2024: Spacious room and tasty restaurant with a very attractive price. Very warm staff. The veal dish as well as the revisited lemon tart were succulent. I recommend.
06/11/2024: Charming accommodation in the magnificent little fortified town of Bergues. Friendly and warm welcome, spacious, clean and well-equipped room, calm assured at night, all in a setting of character and authenticity. In short, an experience to be repeated.
