A very good experience with the "gastronomy" featured in Dany Boon's film shot in Bergues. The fricadelles and homemade fries were excellent. Ordered for two, served for five.

We arrived at 11:30 am during market hours and, without a reservation, were served immediately with a friendly word from the owner and a warm welcome. Despite the tourist crowds, it was lovely to eat on the terrace.

A warm welcome and typical regional dishes at very reasonable prices, right at the foot of the belfry and in front of the now-famous post office. Both the quality and quantity are remarkable!

Excellent service. They accept dogs but go above and beyond; they bring them water without even asking and offer them treats. The food is delicious and served quickly. Lots of choices. The price is reasonable. I have absolutely no complaints; I go there every time I'm in Bergues.

Okay, it's a cliché, but I was in the area and I had to stop by "Chez les Ch'tis" and "Momo's Chip Shop." Very happy, very friendly... beyond the film (and some people actually speak Ch'ti), very good fries accompanied by a good draft beer... Ch'ti... what more could you ask for? Try it too!

11/04/2026: A very good restaurant, the cuisine is varied and delicious, the choice of dishes is quite extensive, and the service is very pleasant. The place is beautiful; it's a renovated old house in Bergues. The only negative point is the noise in the dining rooms, but I think that's due to the layout of the place.
