La Brasserie sur Carhaix-Plouguer

A warm welcome. We tried the daily tagine and couscous, and for dessert, the Moroccan pastries. A real treat! Excellent ingredients and quick, friendly service. Thank you for a lovely experience.

We came as a group of six and everything was good and the price was very reasonable. I especially liked the couscous. A very good place to eat.

Whether you're from Carhaix-Ploguer, the surrounding area, or just passing through on holiday, you absolutely must discover this brasserie on the town hall square. You'll find a magnificent setting of rare purity. The owners are exceptionally kind. As for the food, how can I describe it? My wife and I ate there. My wife's lamb tagine and my royal couscous (lamb, chicken, and merguez sausage) are forever etched in our memories. Don't hesitate; you'll have an unforgettable time. Enjoy your meal!

We had a very good couscous yesterday; there were about fifteen of us... everyone enjoyed it, the ingredients were high quality. The owner gave us a warm welcome. Thank you. It's a shame the square is so dreary and dangerous with all its sloping surfaces and concrete. The lack of greenery is very, very sad.

One of the best couscous dishes I've ever eaten
