Seated at 7 p.m. at 7:03 p.m. we were asked to choose the aperitif... not even time to open the menu.
I ask for a glass of Côteau du Layon, they offer me a red wine, they specify and then they offer me a dry white... spritz more sparkling water than the rest.
1/2 hour later the order was still not taken...
Starter: uncooked ravioli...unseasoned tuna tataki.
Dish: hake + steamed potato, uncooked potato...
Dessert ok but lacks "light".
It was a first time at the brewery, too bad....

Evening meal for my eldest's birthday. Very good service. The room is very pleasant and the fireplace adds a warm note. Discreet and zen music on the piano. Beautiful space. A small downside for the marinated tuna because it lacked the taste of citrus fruits but the bbq pork and veal were really very good and the dessert buffet was incredible! A candle also accompanied the dessert, thank you again!
A good time spent there!

I know this place because I go there frequently, especially for Sunday brunches.
This is the first time we have eaten at the Brasserie (upstairs on the upper terraces)
The staff is pleasant and takes care of you
The cocktails didn't wow us (it's subjective), especially considering the price.
Sleeping him is very friendly and it’s a pleasure to chat with him
We took menus for 49 euros with starter, main course, dessert buffet.
All 4 of us were disappointed.
On the one hand the portions are quite minimalist, but the sauces and combinations are not always in good taste.
Dessert buffet sweets almost empty
We had the impression that a group had gone before us...
As for the taste, it wasn’t that either…

Despite a very nice setting, the value for money is disappointing.
The beef ravioli was not cooked and the burger was good but not great.
The dessert buffet is mediocre.
On the other hand, the room and the service are good.
It was much better before...

We are loyal customers of this magnificent brasserie, never served so well elsewhere.
Generous and succulent cuisine and adorable and attentive waiters and waitresses. We will continue to come to this beautiful setting

Too bad, a few details are missing for it to be really good
What disappointed us: a brunch customer helped himself to one of the dishes waiting to be served, we reported it to the maître d’ but they still served the dish to the customer!
2nd downside: the costume of one of the waiters was in a bad state, bad luck the sun of the day revealed all its stains....
The price paid for our 5 year old daughter is not at all consistent with what she ate, but that’s how it is
We came, we saw, but we are demanding

Жаль, что ресторан открывается на ужин с 19:00. Я гуляла здесь часов в 17 и обязательно но зашла бы, если ресторан был открыт. А так сам отель выглядит потрясающе, да и место шикарное.

Had a very pleasant dinner in family last Friday there. The staff was super professional, polite and super sweet. Food was great and deserts incredible. We really recommend the « filet de bar » as dish. Overall a very great and fantastic experience.
