Accueil sympathique, serveur et serveuse aimable. Mets très bien cuisinés de l'entrée au dessert. Tarif dans la moyenne sans abus. Grande salle très agréable servant de terrasse Je vous le conseille de plus le parking est en face

Good food, the home smoked salmon was especially delicious. Lovely outside courtyard with great ambience. Friendly staff though grateful for google translate to help us understand the three waiters. They were able to accommodate dairy free meal. One of the steaks we received was a crazy cut with a super thick end which was cooked blue but rest was medium. The specials board was hard to translate with the cursive writing so we all choose from the limited printed menu which would translate. Waiters were young and took quite a while before they would remove the unused wine glasses or finished drinks even after ordering three rounds of drinks. They eventually took them away.

Top place. Meal worthy of a gourmet restaurant, fresh produce and home cooking. Children's menu worthy of the name and attentive staff. Back in the region with pleasure we will return.

Nous y avons diner avec mon père. Le service a été impeccable et efficace (nous avions prévenu que nous ne disposions que d'une heure et le timing a été respecté). Nous y avons très bien mangé, produits de qualité et assiette généreuse.

20/08/2024: Good morning , I just spent a night at the hotel (newly renovated room for 75 euros), and we spent an evening at 17 at the restaurant in the evening. Concerning the restaurant, despite the previous busy days due to street theater, the staff managed to keep a smile, professionalism and accept our somewhat noisy "side" despite fatigue. Absolutely nothing to say. Regarding the room, slept very well, very quiet and clean. A small negative point, but specific to me, is that it’s carpet 😏 In any case, if I have to come back to Aurillac it will be at your place. Best wishes

Restaurant du Hôtel des Carmes

01/09/2024: Spacious, pleasant room, quiet location. A downside because you can hear the shower and the toilet flushing from the room next door. We enjoyed breakfast with a varied choice and excellent croissants. Very pleasant staff
24/08/2024: Very disappointed during our lunch with friends. No map offered. Only menu of the day with fish skewers (2 tiny pieces) and cuttlefish. Very few vegetables. As for those who chose the entrecôte, it was very limited. Let's not talk about fruit salad straight from a can, given its sugar content. The meal was served to us even though we had not finished our aperitifs. Halfway through the meal we had to ask for a bottle of water because we didn't have one. Disappointed because it was a day without many customers. Too bad, there were 8 of us and we didn't want to come back.
