My go-to spot whenever I'm in Brest

Earlier this week, I bought some pastries. I'm a good customer, and a nice young man served me. He put them in little boxes so they wouldn't get damaged. Perfect. Today, the same thing happened, but with a saleswoman who refused to put them in a box. She was about as friendly as a freezer door and, to top it off, took 10 minutes to serve me. She was on her cell phone! As a result, I got home to find all the wrapping paper stuck together and the pastries crushed. It's already bad enough to be uneconomical, but to present ruined pastries is pathetic. Next time, I won't buy them unless they come in a box. That's how a business goes under with employees like that. I know what I'm talking about; my family are in the business, and we take great care of our customers. I should mention that it was Friday, June 19th, at 6:30 PM, and the saleswoman was very young. My advice, miss, is to change careers. Sales isn't for you. You lack respect for your customers.

Of the three establishments I visited in the Dakar region, this was my favorite. Small but spotless. Excellent branch/restaurant. Welcoming staff. 🫶🏽 I'll gladly return. Top; 10/10

Being slightly disabled, the waitress asked me if she could help me, and I was happy to receive assistance.

The saleswoman was about as friendly as a prison guard, despite the good quality of the products. She should consider changing careers if she's no longer happy in her job.
