New owners but the formula seems to be the same successful one used by previous owners - great pizzas and good Savoie fare. We had a lunch and a dinner here during the week we were in Mottaret, both were good meals, the highlight being the fondue dinner. The service was a little slow at times - it was late in the season - but everyone was friendly and professional.

A true gem in the mountains! 🏔️
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional warmth and kindness. The owners are incredibly friendly, attentive, and passionate about what they do, making the experience even more enjoyable.
As for the food, it's simply divine: flavorful, generous dishes, carefully prepared to showcase high-quality ingredients. Every bite is a delight!
Between the friendly atmosphere, impeccable service, and delicious cuisine, this is a place I wholeheartedly recommend. A place where you feel right at home… but even better.

I had excellent memories of this restaurant before I heard about the change of ownership. Indeed, the raclette was quite disappointing. The charcuterie (chorizo, rosette, coppa, and prosciutto) is really not of good quality. The tartiflette is still decent. And the pizzas look rather good; perhaps they should revise the menu and focus on pizzas to become solely a pizzeria at the foot of the slopes. The service was respectable and polite.

A wonderful evening: when we made the reservation (a must!), the staff kindly agreed to rearrange the seating plan to accommodate us; typical, flavorful, and delicious dishes, generous portions, lively atmosphere, and excellent service.

We arrived at 8:00 PM sharp for the first seating (we had a table reserved well in advance). When we ordered, the restaurant wasn't yet crowded.
We were served quickly, but it would have been better to wait two minutes and cook the food properly! The roasted Camembert didn't melt, and the charcuterie was low-quality.
The other dishes arrived cold.
Considering the prices, we were very disappointed.
I'm giving it 3 stars for the service, though. For the food and the quality of the dishes, it would be 0.

We had lunch five times during the week at La Brizolée restaurant, and we also returned for dinner on Friday evening.
Frankly, we were delighted each time. All the dishes were very good, well-prepared, and flavorful. Contrary to some reviews I've read criticizing the quality of the food, I completely disagree. For us, the experience was consistently excellent and very positive throughout the week.
On Friday evening, we enjoyed a three-cheese fondue and a porcini mushroom fondue, and they were simply superb: flavorful cheeses, perfect texture, and generous portions. A truly convivial experience, just the way we like them in the mountains.
We highly recommend it and will gladly return during our next stay in Méribel!
