We were fortunate enough to experience an exceptional meal at the chefs' table with Nicolas Conraux and his team.
Local produce is elevated through its preparation, fermentation, and other techniques. The cuisine is distinctive, inventive, fresh, and vibrant, served on beautiful ceramic dishes.
The rooms are simple and serene.
The breakfast is incredible.
A place to discover in a pristine region.

We stayed two days at La Butte and enjoyed Le Comptoir both evenings and the fabulous breakfast: this is what impressed us the most, as the offerings were so varied, original, and delicious. Thank you for this stay!

A superb Michelin-starred restaurant with a philosophy of local sourcing and a commitment to working with ingredients carefully and creatively. We enjoyed a delicious meal in a setting that was both refined and modern, with service that was professional yet relaxed.

An excellent restaurant in every respect: creative and delicious dishes, friendly and welcoming service and staff, and a splendid view from the hill overlooking the sea on the horizon, complete with a lovely garden.
We will return and recommend this excellent restaurant to our friends.
