Three stars for the cuisine is justified for a signature dish served cold, and a dessert buffet with the same flavors and textures. Two stars for the service, because taking over forty minutes to take the order and the first course is far too long. The fish and Paimpol beans were excellent.

Don't let the building's architecture deter you; the interior is very zen and welcoming.
The staff are charming, attentive, and easygoing.
The restaurant deserves its Michelin star, with beautiful tableware. The brasserie is equally impressive, and the breakfast is outstanding, featuring local products.

The fine dining restaurant was closed this evening, so we dined at Le Comptoir de la Butte.
Much less expensive (€37.50) for a starter, main course, and dessert. Very well presented and expertly prepared.

A warm welcome and impeccable service, complete with detailed explanations of the wines and dishes.
Chef Nicolas Conraux has crafted an original cuisine that reflects the local terroir and delights the palate.
The seven-course menu allows you to appreciate his talent, perhaps even inviting you to return another time to delve deeper into the culinary experience.
Thank you to the entire dining room team for your professionalism and kindness.
And to end on a light note, even the bread and butter were exquisite! 😉 In any case, it made us want to come back...
