03/03/2026: Having come from Normandy and passing through Saussey-les-Pins, I had an excellent lunch without breaking the bank and a very warm welcome – highly recommended.

23/02/2026: I know your location does all the work, but please, a little organization wouldn't hurt. The service is clearly disorganized. Yesterday, we were seated and then completely forgotten despite several attempts to get our attention. Meanwhile, customers who arrived after us were served immediately, which makes no sense. There's absolutely no organization in the service. After waiting for over 30 minutes without our order being taken, we decided to leave. The next table, facing the same problem, did the same. Organizing service by section would seem like the bare minimum, especially on busy days. At one point, three servers were solely dedicated to the same area while other tables had been waiting for ages. On a busy day like yesterday, for example. A smooth-running service is a service that brings in more money. I'm not telling you anything you don't already know, but if the turnover were better managed, people who stop for a drink or an ice cream would leave their seats much faster.
