Not great. The oysters weren't very fresh; you'll see they sink because they're stacked on top of each other. Go for it if you have a strong stomach. Otherwise, it was a good idea in principle. There might be ways to improve food preservation.

Enjoyed our seafood buffet, fresh oysters, spider crab, variety of seasonal seafood, cheeses.. very little desert but you are not here for that.

A very original seafood concept with an all-you-can-eat buffet in a charming setting of a former oyster farm. You choose your meal plan and pay upon arrival. The selection is good, with fresh and varied products. The staff is very pleasant. I highly recommend it.

A great time was had with an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet, from the warm oysters to the excellent fish soup. No complaints whatsoever. Definitely worth trying.
The only downside is having to pay upon arrival... it's a bit disconcerting.
