I absolutely loved La Cabane à Huître in Lyon!
From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming; you feel right at home. Stéphane is incredibly kind, passionate, and very attentive.
The quality of the seafood is top-notch, the platters and dishes are generous, and you can tell everything is made with love.
I highly recommend this place to all seafood lovers or anyone who simply wants to have a great time in a relaxed setting with impeccable service.

What a refreshing experience! What an atmosphere! The oysters and grilled sole were absolutely divine, and the pan-seared scallops were simply amazing! The manager, Stéphane, a passionate seafood enthusiast and a kind Breton, introduced us to these extraordinary products. We chatted and felt transported to the ocean; it's so rare these days to find such warm and welcoming places...

The welcome is always impeccable. You can feel their passion for their craft in every detail. The oysters are exceptionally fresh: plump, flavorful, with that perfect briny taste that evokes Brittany with every bite. A true delight!
