Tijdens fietstocht hier gestopt. Geen zin in een uitvoerige maaltijd, want fietsen. Kozen voor planche charcuterie/formage. Helemaal prima en perfecte wijn. Eenvoudig maar goed

08/09/2024: Always a range of products and an interesting range Just a downside for me With the increase in alcohol levels we no longer find the "Rabelaisian spirit of joy" so characteristic of the Chinons. Certain attacks on the palate reminded me of certain Burgundies and it's a shame because that's no longer precisely the spirit
