A truly wonderful experience. The location is unusual but very pleasantly situated in the oyster farming area. The welcome is very friendly and warm, worthy of a good restaurant. The menu is enticing, featuring excellent seafood and, above all, the quality of a good oyster farmer. Delicious oysters, but also excellent whelks, and the lobster is simply divine. Adrien's cabin is beautifully decorated. In short, we were delighted with our culinary journey. I think it's advisable to book in advance as it's quite popular, and we were there in October. When we're on Noirmoutier, Adrien's "hut" is a must-visit. Besides incredibly delicious oysters, they have everything you could possibly want to fill you up. Making a reservation is a good idea.

This was a tip from our AI travel guide. Right off the main road, you’ll find this oasis, a cabin on the water where the oyster production is located. Consequently, the oysters were excellent. The service was friendly and efficient. It can get busy, but your patience is rewarded.
