Incredible! Delicious food, responsive service, very pleasant waiters! I recommend it 10,000%!

Located in the town center, this restaurant offers a surprisingly small selection of fish for its location. Sea bream and tuna are now readily available even far inland. The portions, whether tuna or beef steak, were relatively small, and both dishes, as well as the "herring mousse" appetizer, were accompanied by horseradish mousse, which doesn't speak to the variety of the cuisine. The desserts, however, were original and diverse. The service was friendly, and the ambiance rustic. The prices were high considering the portion sizes.

A fantastic discovery! We had a wonderful time; the combination of flavors in both the cocktails and the dishes was original and excellent. The staff is welcoming, offers great advice, and the team spirit and good humor are palpable. The decor is lovely. We'll definitely be back!

A true culinary discovery in the small village of La Guerinière. Parking is available right outside, and despite being located on the street, the charming terrace was pleasantly quiet (even on a Sunday evening) with a lovely view of the church, museum, and a large, old pine tree. A very friendly young team, attentive service, and a highly creative kitchen crew. I would have loved to order the oysters in buttermilk and fennel as an appetizer twice! 😋 The pork, slow-cooked for 8 hours, was incredibly tender, and the sauce (with salted caramel?), paired with a glass of Pomerol, was simply divine. The crowning glory of our two desserts was a very delicate, creamy fennel panna cotta with subtle vanilla notes and a small profiterole filled with a dark chocolate and Roquefort cream. Someone here has brilliant ideas and isn't afraid to try new things! Definitely worth another visit!!

The food was good, the service a bit slow, but it's the end of the season, so that can happen. The prices are high (€36 for one dish and a Coke), almost entirely offset by the quality of the ingredients and the originality of the dishes. Being from Brittany, I asked for butter with my bread, which they gladly provided. Imagine my surprise when I saw it was charged at €4! As good as it was, I would have preferred to have been informed of the price beforehand. Neither a good nor a bad experience; I wasn't disappointed to have stopped by, but I won't be returning.

Go for it without hesitation! We discovered it by chance upon our arrival and returned for our last meal of the holiday. Everything is delicious (with some surprising combinations!), the welcome is fantastic, and the whole team has a real knack for service! The place is very pleasant, with a special mention for the small shaded courtyard at the back. Thank you again for the little treats you gave our dog! We'll definitely be back on our next holiday in Noirmoutier.

A very nice restaurant, the cuisine is refined, the staff is very friendly, you can go there with your eyes closed.
