The food was excellent!
With Laurent Bouvier in the kitchen, that was to be expected…
Top-notch service: smiling, pleasant, and attentive staff.
The dining room is beautiful and comfortable.
I truly had a wonderful time and the value for money was excellent.

Excellent value for money, very good restaurant, perfect for one night. It's a shame there's a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the bathrooms (from the ventilation vents?).

Stayed at the hotel La Caborne for a couple of weeks in Jan/Feb and it was very good. Enjoyed it very much. Not a big fancy hotel but a genuine and cosy place with very friendly and helpful personnel. Hadn’t time to try the restaurant though but everyone saying that it’s really good! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First meal at a restaurant. A little disappointed. The setting was calm and very pleasant, and the service was appreciated, but the fish and chips were in a very thick and somewhat sickening batter. The price was high for a rather ordinary meal.

The place is very nice, bright, and the sofas are comfortable. The food is varied and very good. The only downside is that it's right in the city center, so parking is difficult, but otherwise I highly recommend it.

A wonderfully friendly lunch break; you're guaranteed a delicious meal with fresh, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients – a real treat! The setting is comfortable and cozy, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back.
