Nice little restaurant with fantastic food and an amazing wine list. The chef does a great job but the experience is ruined by the (otherwise great) waiting staff stinking of smoke as they walk back through the restaurant following their cigarette break on the street.

Always a sure bet!
The cuisine is delicious, ranging from perfectly executed Burgundian classics (excellent pâté en croûte) to more modern touches that add a great deal of finesse. The service is attentive, friendly, and very pleasant.
The wine list is remarkable: extensive, well-rounded, with a readily available sommelier who provides excellent recommendations.
In short, a wonderful experience, a must-visit in Nuits-Saint-Georges.
