Japanese-inspired cuisine, and for good reason, the chef is Japanese.
Subtle and refined cuisine, beautifully presented. Little choice on the menu but it is pleasant to let yourself be guided without being overwhelmed by the choice. Fast service without being rushing. Cozy and cozy atmosphere where you can hear each other chat without difficulty.

Déjeuner extraordinaire en ce lieu ou chaque bouchée est une explosion de saveurs. Plats recherchés où les saveurs s'entremêlent. Très bonne connaissance du maître d'hôtel des accompagnements mets vins.

Very good time at the restaurant in a very cozy atmosphere. The meal was very good and met expectations. The room cannot accommodate a lot of cutlery which is very pleasant and there is a view of the kitchens. To do !

Une très bonne table, beaucoup de recherches dans les présentations qui sont magnifiques, les saveurs sont incroyables, les vins (accords et mets) sont inhabituels et surprenants.
Service soigné, même s'il y a eu quelques erreurs.
Je recommande sans aucun problème.

A very nice experience, as one would expect from a Michelin star: decor, cuisine, service and wine selection. We can clearly feel the work, the passion and the sense of detail that sublimates everything. Well done and thank you to the chef and his team
