The service was very pleasant, the waiters were friendly. The meal was excellent, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The butternut squash soup, the trout, and the piña colada charlotte were delicious.

Excellent restaurant with French cuisine. Located in Place des Clercs, in the historic center of Valence, where all the city's daytime and nightlife is concentrated. You can expect to pay between €30-40 or €40-50, depending on whether you order one course and dessert with coffee, or two courses and dessert with coffee. You can dine inside or on the terrace. Perfect and friendly service. 100% recommended.

23/05/2026: First time at a Michelin-starred restaurant – a superb experience! The lunch menu was perfect – delicious, a surprising and indulgent combination, and excellent service. PI does not accept restaurant vouchers.
10/05/2026: A wonderful discovery, a very pleasant place, unfortunately a bit noisy. Beautifully presented dishes, very friendly waiter.

31/05/2026: A really nice place with a great atmosphere. I'll update my review of the food once I've tried several dishes/tapas, but my seared tuna was very good. It makes you want to come back. The terrace is quiet and pleasant.
27/05/2026: Nestled among the linden trees, in a peaceful setting, the new summer menu delighted us, especially the seared tuna and the fish tartare, which were absolutely delicious... and I haven't even mentioned the profiteroles, which were as good as they were generous. A truly excellent place!
