Whether it's the super-smiling and very pleasant young women on weekends, or the very professional and helpful evening staff, especially the young man who's currently blond. It's a place where I know I'll have a good time. Regarding prices, there's a bit of everything, but it's all very reasonable. A special mention for the Belleville beers, excellent and brewed right next door… not to mention the cheese and charcuterie boards, fresh and high-quality products… sourced from local businesses, zero carbon footprint.
