La cantina sur Severac-Le-Chateau

23/08/2026: A little gem on the A75 motorway. An excellent meal, quality ingredients, and a very warm and friendly welcome. We even left with the recipe for farçous. A hearty and delicious meal at a reasonable price. We highly recommend it!

23/08/2026: We had a fantastic meal! There's no choice; it's a set menu for adults, and children get nuggets or hamburgers with mashed potatoes or fries and dessert (a slice of ham as a starter 😂). Between the first and second courses, they brought something like mountain pâté with pickle pieces on a plate to share (it looked like they'd taken it from someone earlier, and judging by how quickly they took it from us, it probably had 😂). Between the main course and dessert, there was a plate with different cheeses, and then dessert. We practically rolled out of there! The waitress was incredibly fast, and I couldn't tell if she was in a hurry or just plain mean. She didn't slow down at all, even though she didn't speak French, and she rushed everything away. I tried to translate for my daughter what she had to choose, and while I was still talking, she rushed off. She didn't want to waste so much time waiting! What's certain is that we'll be remembering her service for a while 😂. She was a machine at her job, though, so I'm not going to lower the rating for that! The rest of the people were very friendly!
