La Cantine de Fred sur Courcouronnes

20/03/2024: Excellent welcome and very good food made our work meeting even more enjoyable.

09/03/2024: A wonderful culinary experience at this historic restaurant in Evry Courcouronnes. I hadn't been back since 2003 (the chef has changed since then). We were greeted warmly and served amuse-bouches fresh from the oven. The chef then came to present the menu. We opted for the homemade foie gras with chutney, the sweetbreads, and the monkfish stew. Generous portions, fresh and high-quality ingredients. For dessert, the floating island was delicious. All the ingredients for a delightful meal. You can tell that Chef Thierry is passionate about his work. He conveys his love of cooking through his beautiful dishes. We had a wonderful time: thank you to Restaurant Le Canal: flawless from start to finish. Best of luck and see you soon.
