Great culinary experience in this historic restaurant in Evry Courcouronnes. I haven't been back since 2003 (in the meantime the chef has changed). We were received by a warm welcome and appetizers fresh from the oven. The chef later came to meet us to present the menu. We opt for the homemade foie gras and its chutney, the sweetbreads and the blanquette of lotte vielle France. Generous portion, fresh and quality products. For dessert, the floating island was delicious. All the ingredients for a pleasant time at the table. We feel that chef Thierry is passionate.
