05/02/2026: Excellent restaurant! I greatly appreciated the impeccable service. It embodies the hallmarks of fine dining (attention to detail, excellent timing) but without the usual frills. It's refined, genuine, and very welcoming. The same exacting standards are evident on the plate: elegant presentations that conceal a beautiful complexity.
