Tourists, dare to leave the main roads! In Baumes-les-Dames, head towards the Super U supermarket. You'll find the harbor master's office, a magnificent parking lot, and a terrace by the water. We stopped by for a drink and were so warmly welcomed that we stayed for dinner. The fried trout was excellent, hot, and plentiful. The waiter and waitress were fantastic.

A very good place! The mussels with chorizo ​​and the fried trout were truly delicious. And the desserts? The strawberry pavlova was to die for, and the homemade tart was delicious—a real homemade tart! The service was quick and impeccable. The staff were always smiling. Baptiste was always top-notch. Just one small complaint about the punch: a lighter portion would have been better; a cocktail glass instead of half a wine glass would have been more appropriate. But we'll definitely be back.
