La Cascade sur Salles-La-Source

It's always a pleasure to come to this restaurant. Everything is perfect: the setting, the welcome, the refined cuisine, and excellent value for money.

A very warm welcome, attentive and efficient service, and quality traditional cuisine. I highly recommend this place.

A wonderful experience for four. The house cocktails accompanied by squid were an excellent start. The appetizers (pictured) were beautifully presented, light, and delicious, followed by the main courses—cod or poultry—which were also excellent. Dessert and cheese were plentiful, and we had plenty of choice. All of this was accompanied by good wines, for a very reasonable price. Thank you.

We go to La Cascade at least once every two months, with my partner or friends/family, and it's always excellent! The dishes are always varied, and we never eat the same thing twice. The service is always top-notch: the team is attentive and very welcoming. As for the price, it's unbeatable! Considering the quality of the food and ingredients, you can't do better. And the products are local and seasonal! Thank you to Mathieu and Léna, the managers, for their professionalism and hospitality. You absolutely must try it… and more than once! 😄

A wonderful discovery! The set lunch menu (starter, main course, dessert) at €23 is excellent value for money. The welcome and service are friendly and warm. The dishes, with their originality, offer a cascade of flavors. I highly recommend it.
