I am editing my comment. 4 years ago and before that it was a must for us. This year we returned there with the same desire to treat ourselves with a good ice cream. Week of August 15 we went there 3 times and were really disappointed. There wasn't the wow of before, lack of perfumes, empty bins. When it was time to close in the evening, he turned off (the owner) while lots of people were still eating their ice cream on the terrace, closed the roller shutters. Average, there are ways to do it anyway, you announce it or others. Outside front trash bin brought inside in front of the fridges, not great for hygiene either. In short, with the competition on the side, it would be better to pay attention to all that. Not sure that on our next stay we will come back to eat our ice cream there. On the other hand, the young people who serve at the top, smiling and polite.

I've been coming to Gruissan for years and I've been going to the Cascade des Glaces for years because it was a reference. Despite the pleasant service, it is clear that the prices are only increasing in contrast to the quality… My yogurt ice cream crunched under the bite with shards of crystalized ice, we lost the soft and creamy taste of yogurt when we tasted its scoop. For me it is no longer THE reference for ice cream parlors in Gruissan and it is a shame to make this observation after all these years when the quality was often there.

Un pur régal ! Des glaces délicieuses et des parfums qui sortent un peu du lot, je recommande ce glacier à 100%. Nous n'étions que de passage à gruissan sinon nous aurions goûté plusieurs parfums avec grand plaisir ! Ou nous aurions tenté le puits d'amour à partager (7 boules plus petites)
