Little romantic getaway in a cocoon. Very pleasant room, very clean and the castle has a lot of charm. We will be back very soon.

A romantic getaway, everything is said in the wording of the estate's wines "facing the sea". Small setting in the middle of the vineyards with the reflection of the sun on the sea in the distance! Room soft and refined decoration, the restaurant nice setting. Wine tasting, great, thank you for the welcome!

24-hour getaway to Gruissan... discovery of Chateau Bouis 1 night on site + restaurant in the evening... beautiful warm room, beautiful decor and bathroom... small window in our room too bad (lack of natural light) but not too serious considering that the rest of the castle makes you want to stroll around the timeless places in the middle of the vineyard!!! exterior of the restaurant and terrace with a view of the sea!!!! ...very varied and plentiful breakfast (chocolate, croissant, very good quality bread...) good service including.... in the restaurant with glass of wine included in the menu starter main course dessert for around €30 ( the dessert tart pignon frangipane meringe was really a delight...!!!) places to recommend.....

Our room was quite large, with a slightly unusual decor. The bedding very good. The breakfast was quite copious, however the waitress in sportswear... I find it average. The setting and the terraces are magnificent. This place is worth the detour, especially in summer I think 🤔

Очень понравилось! Отель в старинном шато среди виноградников. Уютный и просторный номер для семьи с ребенком в очень атмосферном старинном здании. Дегустация местных вин очень понравилась - из-за близости к морю вина минеральные и интересные. Утром нас ждал чудесный завтрак и красивые пейзажи. О восхитительном ужине я писала в отзыве к ресторану. Место замечательное! Персонал внимательный, постель чистая, комната теплая (мы были во второй половине ноября), пейзажи красивые, еда отличная! Nous sommes venus pour le balneo brunch. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Le brunch est varié et de haute qualité. Les serveuses sont aux petits soins et tres agréables. Nous reviendrons pour tester l'hôtel une prochaine fois.

Das Château liegt abgelegen, die Zimmer sind klassisch aber super schick und das Essen im Restaurant war umwerfend! Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!
