This evening we had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and were absolutely delighted. The host was fantastic: a warm welcome, kind and attentive, but never intrusive. His friendliness helped make the atmosphere even more pleasant, providing just the right amount of attention without ever forcing his hand. The food was simply exquisite. Each dish was prepared with the freshest ingredients, which was reflected in a delicious and well-balanced flavor. It's clear that the kitchen has a great passion for quality and a pursuit of authentic flavors. We enjoyed every course, from appetizer to dessert. The service was also fast and efficient, which made our experience even more enjoyable. There was no unnecessary waiting, but neither did we feel rushed: the pace of the meal was perfect. Sweetbreads are renowned... however my piece was not grilled enough and was raw in the center... friendly welcome.
