The oysters were remarkably fresh and of exceptional quality. We were able to try gratinated oysters for the first time, and they were also exquisite. As for the service, the gentleman who looked after us that evening was exceptionally kind. I recommend it 200%.

The staff were lovely, very welcoming and warm from the moment we arrived. We had the pleasure of trying the seasoned oysters, which were absolutely excellent. We found this idea original and truly successful! A big thank you for your hospitality; we will gladly return.

The oysters are very good, but the gratinéed ones are excellent! There are four variations: with almonds, with chorizo, with parsley and garlic, and, since we're in Normandy, of course with Camembert. The staff are very friendly and speak excellent French, understandable even to foreigners. Thank you!

What a gem! A superb experience for us, both thanks to the warm welcome from the staff and the delicious food! Passing through Caen for one night on July 13th, we chose this restaurant and we're so glad we did! Thank you, thank you so much! Between your sense of humor, your good cheer, and especially all your thoughtful touches during service, we were delighted. Furthermore, since my teenager isn't a fan of seafood (or two bottles of Quincy wine...), they managed to make him a plate of smoked salmon with small new potatoes in butter (and a Coke 😁). In short, the accommodating and lovely team of three we dealt with made our evening wonderful! Rémi, with his mother, and also with his teenager!

Great location along the river allowing for good people watching. Freshest and best quality seafood in all of Normandy coming straight from the farms. With the condiment and fruit oysters being incredibly flavored. Snails and shrimp beat seafoods for all of Europe, and has super friendly staff, especially after two visits. There is no air conditioning, but the breeze cools the place; all compensates with credit card payment and no smoking rules. (Trance is the best)

We were looking for a seafood restaurant. We found this gem thanks to TripAdvisor.
You can go there without hesitation. The seafood is fresh, and the gratinated oysters are an absolute must-try. The welcome was perfect, and the service was top-notch. There's a beautiful view, and plenty of parking.
Plus, you'll be doing a good deed because it's a non-profit restaurant that helps reintegrate at-risk youth. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
