It's a Chinese couple, Christian and Aline, who run a tobacco shop. They're great; they only serve daily specials, and it's always good. I highly recommend it.

A really nice neighborhood bistro with simple, well-executed dishes! I'll come back for the apricot/almond tart even though the tiramisu is excellent.
