La Cave sur Saint-Martin-Vesubie

It lives up to its name. I admit the entrance is unusual, but the small dining room has a very pleasant view... For lunch, Lamb shank, blueberry tart... What can I say? Except that it was truly, truly delicious. A wonderful discovery and a real treat; you can tell everything is homemade. Impeccable food and service. Bravo! Don't hesitate!

The food was plentiful and relatively good, but the waiter wasn't very friendly.

A delicious, hearty, and appetizing meal made with excellent local ingredients. We ordered the Chef's suggestions (local goat cheese baked like Camembert, served with local charcuterie, steamed potatoes, and a green salad) as well as the (mixed salad with local goat cheese toasts), followed by a gourmet coffee with three verrines (fresh raspberries with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream with hot chocolate sauce, and caramel floating islands). Everything was truly excellent. The only slight drawback was the somewhat slow service, but this was certainly due to the restaurant being full, and the waiter, although very efficient, couldn't do any more. The wait was definitely worth it! We will be back! 👍

Excellent restaurant and great value for money. We enjoyed dinner there on a dance night when the restaurant was packed. Special mention to the waitress! A slight disappointment at the end when the manager told us we could only pay in cash, while the two tables next to us had "managed" to pay by card…

We were expecting a nice, generous pizza like in the photos, but we got two ridiculously small pizzas... Not even 30cm in diameter for an adult pizza.

Great restaurant! We came yesterday as a family. Everyone was delighted with their meal: zucchini blossom fritters, beef tartare, ribeye steak... and the pizzas were delicious. The menus are excellent. In short, only good, fresh ingredients. A very warm welcome. Very attentive service. We will definitely be back. Florence and Patrick, Golfe Juan.
