Oysters were delicious, fois gras was exceptional, and the escargot was not particularly impressive. The steak was good, the velouté was good, but the perche lacked freshness. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, but we were expecting better food overall considering the price.

By the time the door was opened just after 7 pm There were 19 people freezing outside Staff could clearly see us but ignored our requests to be let in out of the cold

The opening was at 7:00, but they let us in at 7:20, which was a disgrace! There were 12 of us waiting outside like penguins... Otherwise, everything was fine.

A wonderful discovery; everything was perfect from arrival to departure. The staff were incredibly kind, and the chef even cooked a special dish for my daughter. The quality of the food was a true delight for the taste buds. We had a view into the kitchen, and you could feel the wonderful atmosphere and the genuine passion for cooking for the guests. Thank you to the entire team, and a special mention to the chef. Bravo!

08/12/2025: Perfectly suited for our late night in Epernay, they accepted a late reservation (with a call about 30min ahead) and were incredibly warm and welcoming. Food was exceptional! Escargot and cod were magical 💕

18/01/2026: A lovely culinary experience with excellent wine recommendations. Friendly staff, but the service was a little rushed, making it difficult to fully enjoy the relaxing moment. I will return.
