An excellent experience from start to finish! The ingredients are fresh, and it shows in every dish. From appetizer to dessert, everything was absolutely delicious. Special mention also goes to the wine, which was very well chosen. The service is equally remarkable: quick, efficient, and provided by exceptionally pleasant and attentive staff. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

Excellent food and a comprehensive menu. Attentive and responsive service. A set lunch menu (starter + main course + dessert) for €35 instead of €39 would have been a plus.

Excellent restaurant with a friendly and welcoming team. The dishes are delicious and sophisticated. We go there often, whether in winter in the cozy indoor dining room or in summer on the beautiful garden terrace. I highly recommend it!

Thank you to La Chalosse for the excellent evening we had. Everything was delicious, from the foie gras to the shepherd's pie and the apple surprise to finish! The service was also impeccable and friendly. We will definitely be back 😄

Simply put, I go to restaurants for rare dishes, but either I don't have the ingredients, or I don't have the equipment, or more importantly, the know-how... so I had a beer... and it was a real discovery. I was happy, but frustrated that I didn't have a proper meal because there was nothing exceptional on the menu... I don't care about the price; I want to be amazed at a restaurant.

Le Restaurant Hotel The Wish

21/01/2026: We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is lovely and everything went perfectly. Thank you to the whole team.
03/01/2026: Good location away from the city center, free parking with 2 places for ev charging. You need to bring your Mobile connector though. Breakfast is nothing to talk about. Just bare minimum options. There are some good food places within 2 to 3 kms , which was a good thing.
